About the role

The Director of Partner Marketing at Acumatica leads the Partner Marketing team in Bellevue, WA. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive Acumatica's partner marketing strategy, including tailored approaches for VARs, ISVs, and Alliance partners.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing partner marketing team consisting of full-time employees, contractors, and agencies.
  • Build, scale, and optimize partner marketing programs leveraging Acumatica's Marketing Automation Platform, Social Syndication Platform, and other tools.
  • Guide and coach the team in creating and delivering communications and plans to drive awareness and adoption of Acumatica Partner Marketing Programs.
  • Host and lead calls with top executives of Tier 1 partners, provide expert advice and feedback on partners' marketing performance, and attend Tier 1 partner QBRs as part of Acumatica's leadership team.
  • Oversee Acumatica's Alliance Partner Marketing, lead calls with Alliance Partner executives when needed, and play a key role in removing barriers both within and outside Acumatica.
  • Collaborate closely with Acumatica's marketing leaders—including the VP of Integrated Marketing, VP of Product Marketing, VP of Communications, and others—to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Educate and inform partner sales and partner enablement teams on Partner Marketing Programs and Platforms.
  • Innovate and expand our marketing technology portfolio to ensure modern, best-in-class execution and efficiency for partner marketing capabilities.
  • Manage the partner marketing budget, including Joint Marketing Funds, Partner Programs, marketing retainers, and software fees.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in B2B partner marketing and demand generation in high-technology, channel-driven companies.
  • 7+ years of partner marketing experience.
  • 7+ years of experience managing and building integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong record of success in building and scaling global partner programs.
  • Excellent program management and organizational skills.
  • Superior communication skills, including public speaking experience; comfortable with executive audiences and able to influence key decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience collecting and interpreting data from multiple sources to make solid business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and HubSpot.
  • Solid understanding of marketing techniques and ability to apply them to partner needs.
  • Ability to generate fresh ideas for partner-led marketing programs and develop new approaches.
  • Ability and willingness to implement new tools and technologies.
  • Strong combination of strategic expertise with a hands-on, results-oriented, and agile approach.
