Associate Director, Paid Social
About the role
As an Associate Director, Paid Social, you'll spearhead paid social media campaigns across platforms for Pharma DTC and HCP accounts, driving strategic planning, execution, and optimization. In this role, you'll deliver client-facing expertise, advise on best practices, case studies, and key learnings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure alignment with overall brand strategies and foster ongoing education and growth among team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, coordinate, and oversee Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Execute in-platform campaigns, leveraging expertise in Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
- Create strategic Paid Social plans, managing budgets and ensuring pharmaceutical advertising standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing Sciences to set benchmarks, build KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
- Oversee analytics, auditing, and reporting, guiding process integration with Search, Digital Media, and Analytics teams.
- Provide training and mentorship, and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices through research and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred).
- 5+ years Paid Social Media marketing experience (healthcare/pharma required).
- Expert knowledge of paid social platforms, cross-channel targeting, and social media best practices.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, X, LinkedIn, TikTok self-serve platforms, and online performance tracking tools.
Pay
$110,000 - $145,000
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
