Associate Director, Paid Media (Remote US)

At Directive Consulting, we're a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech companies. We've developed a unique marketing methodology called Customer Generation, prioritizing generating SQLs and customers over traditional metrics like MQLs. Our services include Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative and Design, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy—all designed to help clients consistently hit their SQL targets.

About the role

Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive. They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention, and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L.

Responsibilities

• Goal Setting: Set goals for every client engagement in your pod.
• Best Practices: Ensure every client follows best practices across all channels and mediums, including:
  • LTV:CAC modeling
  • Customer Generation
  • Share of SERP
  • Functional Content
• Breakdown Barriers: Support your strategist in earning approval for campaigns by understanding critical moments and addressing roadblocks in 1:1 conversations.
• Accountability: Lead by building structure, creating cadence, supporting proactively, and empowering your team with clear communication and expectation setting.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, including learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.

Goals

• NSM Attainment: 100%
• CSAT: 4.2+
• Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1)

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $100,000 - $135,000 USD, with potential for bonus eligibility. The actual salary may vary based on skills and experience.

Schedule

This is a remote-first role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US. You may also use our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. Collaboration primarily occurs via virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack.
