Key Responsibilities
- In-Platform Management: Directly build, launch, optimize, and report on Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns; oversee programmatic execution handled by an internal lead.
- Client Relations: Present performance narratives, budgets, forecasts, and growth roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to test ad creatives, and with CRO/analytics teams to optimize landing pages and full-funnel conversion.
- Financial Oversight: Manage forecasting, budget reconciliation, and scenario planning to achieve client KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of paid media experience with hands-on proficiency in Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Agency background required.
- Skills: Strong analytical toolkit (GA4, attribution modeling, dashboarding) and familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization.
- Global Campaigns: Experience running international campaigns across regional markets (LATAM, EU, APAC, or Africa is a plus).
- Communication: Proven ability to translate complex campaign data into executive-ready growth narratives.
