Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex patient needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or leadership roles
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance and accreditation processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay
