Key Responsibilities

  • Lead indirect procurement strategies, sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and vendor performance management.
  • Oversee major spend categories including IT, professional services, travel, corporate services, financial services, and insurance.
  • Drive cost savings, process improvements, supplier optimization, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Manage procurement policies, governance, vendor compliance, and contract review processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support procurement planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
  • Track procurement metrics, spending trends, and savings opportunities while presenting recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience.
  • Prior leadership experience managing procurement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, contract review, and cost analysis skills.
  • Experience with indirect procurement categories such as IT, travel, professional services, corporate services, or insurance.
  • SAP or ERP experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
