Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Florida Territory (FL)
Our Company is preparing for the potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early stage melanoma, which involves operational complexities for treatment sites and requires close coordination with cross-functional partners. The Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) is a field-based role focused on educating and supporting treatment sites to ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end product operational journey—from onboarding and readiness through ordering workflow execution and steady-state operations.
This is a non-promotional, customer-facing role dedicated to operational and process support, not clinical treatment information. The TSL will serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, triaging and resolving them through cross-functional coordination. The role covers accounts in the Florida geography, and the candidate must reside in the designated territory.
