Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Texas Territory (TX)
Our Company is preparing for the potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early stage melanoma. This role involves operational complexities for treatment sites and requires close coordination with cross-functional partners. To ensure site readiness and support consistent site execution, we are building a dedicated team of field-based operational roles. The Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) is the primary field-based point of contact for operational information and support for product treatment sites.
About the role
This role educates and supports treatment sites to consistently execute the end-to-end product operational journey—from onboarding and readiness through ordering workflow execution and steady-state operations. The TSL helps sites by educating them about necessary processes, answering operational questions, and ensuring a reliable, seamless experience. The role is focused on operational and process support, not clinical treatment information, and requires strong knowledge of treatment-site operations and cross-functional workflows.
This is a field-based, customer-facing, non-demand generating, and non-promotional role covering the Texas geography. The candidate must reside in the designated territory.
