Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Florida Territory (FL)
About the role
The Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) is the primary field-based point of contact for operational information and support for product treatment sites. This role educates and supports sites so they can consistently execute the end-to-end product operational journey—from onboarding and readiness through ordering workflow execution and steady-state operations. TSLs help support sites by educating them about necessary processes, answering questions about operational issues, and ensuring a reliable, seamless experience across the treatment journey.
The TSL focuses on operational and process support, not clinical treatment information. This is a field-based, customer-facing, non-demand generating, and non-promotional role responsible for accounts in the Florida geography. The candidate must reside in the designated geographic territory.
