Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Carolinas Territory (NC)

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites
• Deliver operational education to site stakeholders
• Ensure treatment sites have the necessary knowledge for product execution
• Serve as the operational expert for assigned treatment sites
• Act as the primary contact for operational issues, facilitating resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams for coordinated support
• Build trusted relationships with site leaders for reliable operational support
• Use data insights to drive operational improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
• Proven success working with provider organizations in complex therapy workflows
• Able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
• Excellent problem-solving and operational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience across diverse cultures

Pay

$190,800 – $300,300 annually
