Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites
- Deliver operational education to site stakeholders
- Ensure treatment sites have the necessary knowledge for product execution
- Serve as the operational expert for assigned treatment sites
- Act as the primary contact for operational issues, facilitating resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams for coordinated support
- Build trusted relationships with site leaders for reliable operational support
- Use data insights to drive operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
- Proven success working with provider organizations in complex therapy workflows
- Able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
- Excellent problem-solving and operational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience across diverse cultures
Pay
$190,800 – $300,300 annually
