Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Mid-Atlantic Territory (MD, VA, DC, DE)

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites
• Deliver education for site stakeholders using approved resources
• Ensure treatment sites have the knowledge needed for consistent execution of operations
• Serve as the operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites
• Act as the primary contact for operational issues to facilitate resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for consistent engagement
• Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences
• Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies
• Ability to navigate evolving processes and multiple dependencies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong operational problem-solving skills
