About the Role

Our company is preparing for the potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. This involves operational complexities for treatment sites and requires close coordination with cross-functional partners. To ensure site readiness and support consistent site execution, we are building a dedicated team of field-based operational roles. The Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) is the primary field-based point of contact for operational information and support for product treatment sites, focused on the Atlanta geography, including GA and SC.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding and readiness support process for product treatment sites, ensuring they are educated on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements.
  • Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources to support initial site implementation and ongoing operational support.
  • Ensure treatment sites have the operational capabilities and knowledge required for consistent execution of the product's end-to-end treatment journey.
  • Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites, providing support on processes, operations, and logistics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, triaging and addressing them through cross-functional coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support coordinated, compliant engagement and a consistent experience for treatment sites.
  • Build trusted business relationships with site operational leaders by delivering reliable and responsive operational support.
  • Utilize company-generated data and dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Synthesize site feedback and process insights to enhance communication, workflows, resources, and education for the HQ team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of working with provider organizations to implement workflows for complex therapies.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with evolving processes and multiple dependencies.
  • Strong operational problem-solving skills, including identifying process friction points and diagnosing root causes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills in cross-functional, matrix organizations.
  • Ability to travel ~50%.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (e.g., cell therapies, gene therapies, radioligand therapies).
  • Experience with complex oncology workflows.
  • Experience working with large oncology systems and navigating multiple stakeholder groups.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $190,800.00 - $300,300.00. An employee’s position within the range will be based on factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
