Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Atlanta Region (GA, SC)

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness for treatment sites
• Deliver educational support for workflow and operations
• Ensure treatment sites understand operational requirements
• Serve as the subject matter expert for product operations
• Act as primary contact for operational issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for site support
• Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or life sciences
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem
• Prioritization of healthcare provider organizations
• Proven success working with provider organizations
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in operational settings
• Ability to develop relationships with operational stakeholders
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
