The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting: - Company: Cooley - Role: Associate Director of Technology Collaboration & AI Services - About Cooley: description of the firm - Hybrid Schedule: description of hybrid work policy - Position summary: overview of the role - Position responsibilities: broken into several categories (Strategic Leadership & Management, Product Management & Operations, Team Leadership & Development, User Engagement & Change Enablement) - Skills & experience: Required and Preferred - Competencies: list of competencies - Pay: expected annual pay range $210,000 - $260,000 - Benefits: detailed benefits package - EOE statement (boilerplate, should remove) I need to structure this into sections. The rules say use

for section headings like "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". But I should only include sections that have real content. Let me map: - "About the role" could cover the position summary and maybe the company description? But the company description is "About Cooley". The rules say "About the role" as a heading. I think I should have an "About the role" section with the position summary and maybe the hybrid schedule info. - "Responsibilities" for the position responsibilities. - "Requirements" for the required skills & experience. - "Qualifications" maybe for preferred? Or combine with requirements? The rules list both "Requirements" and "Qualifications" as possible headings. I think "Requirements" for required, "Qualifications" for preferred? But the posting has "Skills & experience: Required:" and "Preferred:". Could put required under "Requirements" and preferred under "Qualifications". Or combine into one "Requirements" section with sub-lists. The rules say use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So I can use both. - "Skills" maybe for competencies? The posting has "Competencies:" list. Could be "Skills" or "Competencies". The rules mention "Skills" as a heading. I'll use "Competencies" as a heading? But the rules say "Skills". I'll use "Skills" for the competencies list. - "Benefits" for the benefits package. - "Pay" for the pay range. - "Schedule" for the hybrid schedule. But note: the hybrid schedule is described in a section "Hybrid Schedule". That could be under "Schedule". The pay is given. Benefits are given. I need to avoid duplication. The posting has "Position summary" and "Position responsibilities". I'll put the position summary under "About the role". The hybrid schedule under "Schedule". The responsibilities under "Responsibilities". The required skills under "Requirements". Preferred under "Qualifications". Competencies under "Skills". Pay under "Pay". Benefits under "Benefits". Also, the posting has "All other duties as assigned or required" at the end of responsibilities. I'll include that as a list item. Now, I must not include EEO boilerplate. The posting ends with "Cooley offers a competitive compensation and excellent benefits package and is committed to fair and equitable employment practices. EOE." That's boilerplate, remove. Also, the posting has "Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate." That's part of pay info, keep. Now, structure the HTML. I'll start with an

for "About the role". Then a

for the position summary. Maybe also include the company description? The company description is "About Cooley". Could be part of "About the role" or separate. The rules say "About the role" as a heading. I'll include the company description as a paragraph before the position summary? Or maybe a separate "About Cooley" heading? The rules don't list "About the company" as a heading. But the posting has "About Cooley:" as a heading. I could include it under "About the role" as a paragraph. Or create a separate

"About Cooley"? The rules say use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." so not exhaustive. But I should prefer a few substantive sections. I think I'll include "About Cooley" as a paragraph under "About the role" or as a separate

"About Cooley". Since the posting has it as a distinct section, I'll include it as an

"About Cooley". But the rules say "do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". That's about job title. "About Cooley" is not the job title. I think it's fine. But the rules also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine "About Cooley" and "Position summary" under "About the role". I'll do that. Let's outline:
