About the role
The Program We're building a class of early-career consultants to grow alongside some of the most experienced AI and cloud practitioners in the industry. This is a full-time role, not an internship. You'll go through structured onboarding, earn certifications, work directly alongside senior engineers and architects, and contribute to real client projects from day one.
Responsibilities
- Functional For people who thrive at the intersection of business and technology. You'll collaborate with clients to identify where AI creates value, configure and deploy AI-powered solutions, design agentic workflows, and iterate on prompts and system instructions to make solutions work in production.
- Technical For people who want to build. You'll write and debug code across Salesforce and AWS environments, develop contact center solutions on Amazon Connect, build system integrations via APIs, and contribute to the technical delivery of AI-powered solutions end-to-end.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Linguistics, Business, or a related field (2025 or 2026 graduate)
- Foundational understanding of software development concepts: APIs, data flows, application logic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
- Self-motivated to excel across multiple client engagements, where you'll gain broad exposure to different industries and emerging technologies
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City — this role works in-person at our Manhattan office
- Willingness to travel to client sites as project needs require (up to 25%)
- Technical Track only: Foundational development experience in one or more languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex)
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, AWS, or GCP
- Exposure to AI tools (i.e. Claude/Anthropic, OpenAI) and the ability to articulate how you've applied them in practical settings
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools like JIRA or Confluence
- An active Salesforce or AWS certification, or progress toward one
