Applicants can learn more about the studio’s work and mission at www.spiritjuicestudios.com.Job SummaryThe Associate Director of Philanthropy supports fundraising strategies to secure gifts, assisting with key relationship management across individual donors, foundations, corporate partners, and board members to help maintain sustainable revenue streams. Assist in implementing strategies to meet the organization's fundraising goals, supporting financial structures, and assisting with additional revenue streams.Fundraising Support & Implementation:Assist in implementing philanthropic strategies to expand institutional revenue, donor retention, and annual operating goals.Represent the organization as needed, articulating its mission, financial needs, and strategic impact to external audiences.Donor Support & Portfolio Assistance:Support portfolio management for donors across stages from identification to stewardship.Help prepare tailored proposals, grant applications, and gift requests aligned with priorities, participating in donor visits as requested.Cultivate relationships with foundations, corporations, and individual donors.Capital Campaigns & Special Initiatives:Provide operational support for capital campaigns, endowment drives, and special initiatives in partnership with leadership and marketing teams.Support the maintenance and implementation of sustainable financial structures for the organization.Plan events related to fundraising, community outreach, and celebrations to promote the organization's efforts.Board Support & Operational Coordination:Support Senior Leadership and the Board Philanthropy Committee, assisting board members in their personal fundraising outreach.Maintain departmental operations, assist with budget tracking, and manage data entry and reporting within the fundraising database/CRM system.Engage and support all stakeholders participating in organized philanthropic events and activities.Benefits:Paid time offWork Location: Hybrid remote in Alsip, IL 60803Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
