Capstone Direct is adding to the team and looking for a few Remote Mortgage Loan Officers. Loan Products
Capstone Direct is a Direct Lender that offers all loan products – CONV, FHA, VA, Non-QM, Hard Money/Fix-n-Flip and more.
Requirements
- Must be NMLS licensed
- 1+ years current experience
- Currently producing Mortgage Loan Originators with stable work history
- Closing at least 3 residential home loans a month on average
- Must have an established referral database for sourcing your own purchase leads

California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, New Mexico (More to follow!). We are also looking to add new Branches and Branch Managers—if you have a Branch or Team in a market we aren't currently in, let us know.
