Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and external advisors while supporting a wide range of financial and administrative needs.
- Manage cash activities including payables, receivables, expense tracking, and account reconciliations.
- Cook up investment-related administration and maintain accurate records for financial activities and transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and supporting materials for client meetings and ongoing portfolio reviews.
- Support client onboarding processes by organizing documentation, coordinating account setup, and maintaining records.
Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in financial services, accounting, or bookkeeping environments.
- Demonstrate experience working with high-net-worth clients, investment administration, or family office operations.
- Possess strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Use financial technology platforms and Microsoft Office applications effectively in daily operations.

- Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders through a professional and service-focused approach.

Benefits
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
