Associate Director
About the role
Generate leads through various sources and channels. Anchor meetings and pursue opportunities with support from pre-sales, partner units, and external partners. Conduct research and provide analysis on key accounts to understand needs, develop organizational structures, and identify appropriate internal and external partners. Negotiate teaming agreements and prices with external partners. Manage account plans, relationship maps, and SOWs. Participate in business planning, sales planning, market development, proposal development, negotiation, and closure processes.

Qualifications
- Basic Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- Seven (7) plus years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- Preferred qualifications include experience in sales or related roles, strong knowledge of supply chain and service desk domains, excellent communication and coordination skills, and analytical and leadership abilities

Benefits
The role is a remote position within the US, offering the flexibility to work from home or local office when not at a client site. It requires business travel to client sites as needed.
