Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and external advisors
- Support a wide range of financial and administrative needs
- Manage cash activities including payables, receivables, expense tracking, and account reconciliations
- Cook up investment related administration and maintain accurate records for financial activities and transactions
- Prepare financial reports and supporting materials for client meetings and ongoing portfolio reviews
- Support client onboarding processes by organizing documentation, coordinating account setup, and maintaining records
Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of client facing experience in financial services, accounting, or bookkeeping environments
- Demonstrate experience working with high net worth clients, investment administration, or family office operations
- Possess strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Use financial technology platforms and Microsoft Office applications effectively in daily operations
Qualifications
- Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders through a professional and service-focused approach
- Demonstrate integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when managing confidential information
- Build collaborative relationships with accountants, attorneys, investment professionals, and other external partners
