Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex project management workflows in Workfront
  • Manage and maintain dashboards, reports, and ticketing systems for financial visibility
  • Audit and update the K-12 course catalog for compliance and accuracy
  • Oversee Degree and Certificate Completion Plans for dual enrollment courses
  • Maintain records for accreditation reviews and department policy updates
  • Facilitate ongoing professional development events and meetings for staff

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in education or related areas plus 5+ years experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience
  • 1+ year of program management or 3+ years of project management experience
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to implement plans to successful completion
  • Ability to design and develop effective business processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse interactions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
  • Familiarity with Workfront and Canvas LMS preferred

Pay

$75,000 – $95,000 annually

Full-time, salaried position with benefits
