Associate Director of Clinical Services
About the role
The Associate Director of Clinical Services will assist in maintaining an efficient supervision structure, monitor compliance, and ensure high standards of care across their assigned cases as a Credentialed Case Supervisor or Supervising Clinician.
Responsibilities
- Act as the supervising LBA for assigned cases with BCTs, guaranteeing exceptional client outcomes and supervision compliance.
- Mandatory monthly client and family sessions, data-driven treatment oversight, and providing coaching and direction to BATs, while maintaining a small independent caseload.
- Drive the comprehensive development of Behavior Analytic Trainees (BATs) by providing licensure-focused coaching, delivering initial and ongoing training in assessment and clinical programming, and facilitating competency and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.
- Ensure all clinical supervision complies with BACB and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards. Conduct routine audits of contracts, session notes, fieldwork submissions/logs. Maintain updated records of treatment plans & progress reports.
- Contribute to culture & team collaboration by partnering with the Director of Clinical Services and Operations Director for case assignment decisions, supporting complex or high-acuity cases as needed, contributing to center culture & participating in local team-building efforts, and supporting clinical operations.
- Lead by example by promoting high standards and setting expectations for all team members through personal example and demonstrating Centria’s values through consistent behavior & actions.
Qualifications
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in clinical leadership and mentorship. Must have a strong track record of delivering exceptional client outcomes and maintaining high standards of care. Proficiency in clinical supervision, training, and documentation is essential. Experience with BACB and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards is preferred.

Pay
$105,000 base salary based on experience, plus signing bonus and monthly/weekly bonuses averaging $1,000 or more per month!
