Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Daily and Weekly Reviews and Problem Solving with Supervisors of Client Utilization for Collective Office and Individual Client Level
- Champion and Lead Office-Wide Initiatives to Increase and Maintain Optimal Utilization
- Join Supervisors Monthly During Natural Supervisory Visits in Field or Clinic to Provide General Feedback and Support on the Case and Supervisory Responsibilities
- Monitor QPI Data and Collaborate with Supervisors Monthly During Visits in Field or Clinic to Provide Feedback and Support on the Case and Supervisory Responsibilities
- Maintain and Monitor SV Billable Standards: Collect Exceptions and PTO Requests, Examine Monthly Summary Numbers, Regularly Review Planners and PBI Dashboard, Assign Hours as Needed, Develop Goals and Intervention Plans as Necessary, Monitor Associate Clinical Supervisor Ratio Compliance
- Develop and Monitor SV Cases Loads and Capacity: Update SV Capacity Sheet, Assist in Monitoring Credentialing, Assign Distribution of Caseload by Time of Day, Region, Qualifications, Facilitate Case Transfers as Needed, Communicate SV Needs to Recruiting
- Manage BT/RBT: Update RBT Documentation as Necessary, Organize RBT “Parties” and Group Study Sessions, Communicate Board Issues, Assist in Organizing Competency Exams, Assess and Monitor BT/RBT Needs and Implement Retention Protocols
- Support Billing/Documentation: Monitor Billing to Doc Data Note Audits at 1:1s, Billing to Doc Monthly Summary Data, Develop and Execute Intervention Plans on Low Performing Staff
- Manage Supervisors: Conduct 1:1 Meetings with Supervisors, Organize and Conduct Monthly Group Supervisors Meetings Including CEU Facilitation, Evaluate and Request Pay Increases for Staff, Implement Disciplinary Procedures with Staff, Conduct Interviews for New Hire or Promotional Applicants
- Assign Initial Caseloads, Conduct Initial and Ongoing Supervisor Training Needs
- Communicate Expectations and Support Departments: Hold Staff Accountable to Expectations from Supporting Departments, Promote Positivity, Flexibility and Trust When Changes Occur, Develop a Teamwork Environment and Provide Support to All Departments at ACES (e.g., Front Office, ZenDesk, Clinical, Recruiting, Training, Client Onboarding, etc)
- Lead Culture Team: Establish an Effective Culture Team with Guidance from ACES Leadership Team, Make Immediate Decisions When Appropriate, Delegate and Escalate Issues Appropriately, Support and Participate in Culture Initiatives, Such as Autism Awareness Month, BI Appreciation Month, etc
- Engage in Community Outreach: CDs Will Engage in Outreach Projects to Support the Growth of Their Region by Meeting with Physician Groups, Creating Partnerships with Schools and Service Providers (e.g., Local SLPs and OTs), and Connecting and Maintaining Relationships with Local Parent Groups
- In Clinic Services Oversight: CDs Will Be Primary Drivers of In-Clinic Services for Their Regions Where Applicable, This Will Include Capacity Determination, Clinical Program Oversight, and Implementation of Initiatives to Promote In-Clinic Services
Qualifications
- Ability to Work Independently with Only General Supervision
- BCBA Certification (3+ Years Preferred)
- 5+ Years’ Experience Working with Clients with ASD or Other Special Needs
- 5+ Years Training and/or Education Related to ASD
- Proficiency with MS Office, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Internet Software, E-mail, Database Software, Project Management Software
- Highly Organized
- Professional, Positive Attitude and Appearance
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to Exert Up to 10 Pounds of Force and Lift/Move Up to 25 Pounds
