The Job
This role will report to: Director of Sales and Marketing
You:
- Drive catering revenue through proactive sales efforts, strategic event planning, and strong client relationship management.
- Partner closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to identify new business opportunities, cultivate lasting client relationships, and maximize revenue growth.
- Lead and support the catering team, provide guidance throughout the sales and planning process, and ensure every event is executed flawlessly.
- Uphold high service standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and focus on exceptional guest experiences.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive catering sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
