About the Role
This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation within the Legal & Accounting space. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead practice-specific marketing plan translations into actionable briefs for campaign strategies.
- Consult on audience profiles and personas to aid the Insights team in developing market segments.
- Direct strategies for practice development initiatives, aligning materials with current market trends.
- Collaborate with leaders across Marketing and Client Development to integrate BU priorities into broader strategies.
- Define content and triggers for personalized marketing efforts directed at targeted buyers.
- Oversee the marketing budget, providing insights on ROI for sponsorships and expenditures at the practice level.
- Steer narrative development for high-stakes pitches and proposals, collaborating with the Client Development team.
- Consult on optimization strategies by analyzing dashboard data and recommending shifts to marketing plans.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing or business development, with 4+ years in management, ideally in the private equity field.
- Experience in professional services, particularly in B2B marketing and private equity exposure due to the nature of clientele.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, iManage, and firm-specific applications after orientation at the company.
- Ability to work extended hours and travel as necessary.
Pay
$225,000 – $275,000 annually.
