Brightway's Associate Director of Adult Day Services (ADS) oversees the operations of all day services components, including Day Habilitation, Vocational, Community Habilitation, Respite and Recreation. The Associate Director also serves as a contributing member of the Senior Management team while collaborating with other departments internally, external service providers and families of the people we support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program operations of the Agency’s Adult Day Services, including Day Habilitation, Vocational, Respite, the Main Street Masterpieces Art Gallery, and micro-businesses.
• Sufficiently hire and manage employees to carry out the objectives of the Adult Day Services Program.
• Ensure adequate training is provided for employees which results in excellent employee competencies.
• Develop annual budgets for each program service and manages the revenue and expenses to ensure budgetary goals are achieved.
• Supervise programs to ensure they provide excellent quality services which carry out the mission and values of the Agency.
• Regularly solicit feedback from individuals and families served as well as other stakeholders and incorporates same into the ongoing development of programs.
