Associate Director of Accounts Receivable

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity working on a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience with AR management, process improvements, and will own the order to cash process. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer service.Oversee customer, pricing, and item master data governance, maintaining data integrity and compliance.Manage billing and invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue capture.Develop and execute credit and collections strategies to improve cash flow, reduce risk, and minimize past-due balances.Lead dispute resolution, account reconciliations, deductions, and write-off processes.Own key AR and O2C metrics, including DSO, aging, collections performance, invoice accuracy, and reserve analysis.Support month-end close activities, audits, financial reporting, and compliance initiatives.Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to increase scalability and operational effectiveness.Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Legal, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution across the revenue cycle.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing O2C team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.5+ years of progressive experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Shared Services leadership.Strong understanding of billing, collections, cash application, customer master data, financial controls, and reporting.Experience with ERP systems, process transformation, automation, and internal control environments.Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional relationships, and drive measurable business results.
