What You Will Do: As the Associate Director, Materials Management/Delivery Assurance for Pratt & Whitney’s Hot Section Module Center North (HSMC-N), you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational execution, material readiness, and delivery performance across a complex aerospace manufacturing environment. This high-visibility position will lead the development and execution of near- and long-term operations plans, ensuring alignment to annual financial and production commitments while proactively managing constraints, material requirements, inventory, compliance, and delivery risks. Working across Materials, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and senior HSMC leadership, you will transform data and enterprise planning processes into actionable strategies that improve on-time performance, reduce lead times and inventory, strengthen MRP execution, and enable successful insourcing initiatives. The ideal leader is a results-oriented, strategic problem solver with deep Operations or Supply Chain expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries—bringing the leadership, analytical discipline, and collaborative mindset needed to shape the future of Pratt & Whitney’s aerospace manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Create, Review / Approve annual spares / engine output and overdue burndown plans with key actions to drive operations team to success. Include full MRP recovery plans for top drivers. Lead in developing tactical monthly, 3-month plan & performance to annual plan for entire operations teamCreate & implement key objectives for HSMC North including on time starts, lead time reductions, inventory initiatives, lean initiatives, accrual reduction plans & drive alignment between key stakeholders. Streamline & formalize three-month build plan process. Lead collaboration between all key stakeholders including Materials, Operations, Quality, Engineering, etc. Improve process to include thorough outlook / 3 month look ahead with identified opportunities and risk to ensure performance to financial plan. Manage key constraint and implement scheduling systems / automation for improved throughoutCoordinate all material needs for HSMC Insourcing initiativesCommunicate delivery plans, challenges, and key actions to HSMC Leadership, Operations leadership, or other key meetingsMaterials ComplianceLead and execute team to meet or exceed enterprise compliance for factory planning managementLead/Create plan to execute on HSMC Commit Compliance and Commit integrity targetsSIOP (Sales & Inventory Operations Planning)Lead and Execute HSMC-North Enterprise Integrate Cycle process (EIC)Collaborate with IBP organization to align MRP schedules and execution plansLead and execute key inventory initiatives for HSMC-North organizationSustainment & Streamlining of Automated ToolsStreamline current automated tools in HSMC North to drive consistency and efficiency throughout the business. Adopt / create new tools and alter / improve current tools as needed. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of related experience in Operations or Supply Chain, OR An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experienceMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation, planning, problem solving, organizational, project management and decision-making skills. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
