Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve oncology business objectives and goals
- Drive and participate in business and marketing planning processes specific to oncology
- Demonstrate and utilize a holistic understanding of oncology-specific financial planning
- Lead and manage direct report(s) and external partnerships within the oncology scope
- Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally within oncology and related functions to deliver business results
- Grow oncology brand/product penetration, market share, and awareness within designated markets
- Develop next-generation oncology products and/or product enhancements & experiences, leveraging the oncology patient journey
- Direct and manage projects, including execution of oncology marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in science, business, or healthcare preferred
- Proven marketing experience with increasing proficiency in all marketing skills, ideally within oncology or related therapeutic areas
- Previous cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing experience preferred, with launch experience highly valued
- Strong planning, project management, and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
- Robust communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to make persuasive presentations to customers, agencies, partners and senior leadership
