About the role

The Associate Director, Marketing - Multiple Myeloma is responsible for leading strategic and tactical elements of the brand strategy and tactical plan for oncology brands, including developing and articulating effective marketing strategies that are impactful, executable, easily communicated, and clinically/financially supported.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing Director(s) and business leaders in the brand team to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve oncology business objectives and goals, including patient, market, and financial results for oncology brands.
  • Drive and participate in business and marketing planning processes specific to oncology.
  • Demonstrate and utilize a holistic understanding of oncology-specific financial planning.
  • Lead and manage direct report(s) and external partnerships within the oncology scope.
  • Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally within oncology and related functions to deliver business results.
  • Grow oncology brand/product penetration, market share, and awareness within designated markets.
  • Develop next-generation oncology products and/or product enhancements & experiences, leveraging the oncology patient journey.
  • Direct and manage projects, including execution of oncology marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in science, business, or healthcare preferred.
  • Proven marketing experience with increasing proficiency in all marketing skills, ideally within oncology or related therapeutic areas.
  • Hematology experience required, preferred experience in Multiple Myeloma.
  • Leverage previous launch experience.
  • Previous cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing experience preferred, with experience in oncology highly valued.

Pay

$141,500 - $268,500 USD

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.
