This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead the disease education program's operation and evolution
- Manage external partners for program staffing and execution
- Ensure field personnel are equipped to deliver quality education
- Monitor program performance and implement improvements
- Drive patient diagnosis growth through increased clinical awareness
- Develop integrated marketing initiatives based on strategies and insights
- Manage HCP engagement programs and patient-facing resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years of progressive pharmaceutical commercial experience in marketing
- Preferred experience in respiratory or rare diseases
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients
- Experience in leading field-based programs, vendors, and external contractors
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated executional discipline in managing multiple priorities
Pay
$155,000 – $201,500 annually
