Job Summary
Sun Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Marketing - Biologics to join our team in Princeton, NJ. This role reports to the Senior Director, Marketing – Medical Dermatology and operates in a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office per week).
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Brand Ownership
- Co-own and shape the long-range brand strategy
- Lead development of annual brand plans, financial forecasts, and strategic imperatives
- Drive enterprise-level strategic decision-making
- Translate insights into impactful strategies
- Launch Excellence & Market Expansion
- Lead end-to-end launch strategy and execution for Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA)
- Define and drive market expansion strategies within rheumatology and adjacent inflammatory disease areas
- Establish clear value propositions and positioning
- Customer & Market Strategy
- Engineer integrated customer engagement strategies
- Translate clinical data into compelling messaging
- Oversee KOL engagement strategy
- Lifecycle Management & Innovation
- Lead lifecycle strategy and portfolio optimization
- Champion innovation in Omni channel marketing
- Identify new growth opportunities
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a central integrator across Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Analytics, Finance, and Regulatory
- Influence cross-functional teams
- Executional Excellence & Governance
- Provide oversight of integrated marketing campaigns
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Lead agency strategy and performance management
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, with increasing strategic responsibility
- Demonstrated experience in US biologics marketing within dermatology, immunology, or rheumatology
- Proven track record of leading key brand initiatives
- Strong experience developing and executing integrated HCP and patient marketing strategies
- Advanced experience in market analytics, forecasting, and financial management
- Deep understanding of specialty market dynamics
Pay & Benefits
The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $164,500 to $201,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
