Responsibilities

  • Oversight of project deliverables to ensure strategic alignment and quality standards are met
  • Facilitation of client presentations and maintenance of strong client relationships
  • Support of business development efforts throughout the project sales cycle
  • Management and mentoring of consulting staff, including performance evaluations
  • Overseeing project budgets, timelines, and staffing allocations
  • Development of corporate and product-level market access strategies across various product development stages
  • Leading cross-functional project teams for market access and pricing strategy initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, biomedical engineering, business, or healthcare policy preferred
  • 6+ years of consulting or biotechnology/pharmaceutical experience in market access, pricing, or health economics
  • 3+ years in client management and content delivery roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and teams of consultants
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative market research
