About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments — owning projects from concept through to execution across branded content, video, social, digital, and experiential activations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across video, social, editorial, digital, and experiential
  • Own timelines, workflows, and executional standards across multiple concurrent projects
  • Ensure all deliverables are executed to a high creative and production standard
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively problem-solve to keep campaigns on track
  • Act as a primary day-to-day contact for clients during campaign delivery
  • Translate client objectives into clear internal briefs and actionable workstreams
  • Manage expectations, feedback loops, and approvals with professionalism and efficiency
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with both internal teams and external partners
  • Pull together design, video, editorial, and production teams to elevate creative output
  • Push for best-in-class execution across all formats — from short-form social to premium video and live activations
  • Ensure creative concepts are delivered effectively within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Identify opportunities to enhance campaigns through innovative formats or production approaches
  • Work closely with Sales and Integrated Marketing to support campaign feasibility and execution planning
  • Align with Editorial and Audience teams to ensure content resonates with Dexerto’s audience
  • Coordinate with external production partners, vendors, and experiential teams where required
  • Maintain seamless communication across global teams and time zones
  • Bring structure and clarity to campaign workflows in a fast-moving environment
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivery accuracy
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and production schedules across projects
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and output quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, creative project management, or account management within an agency, media owner, or brand environment
  • A proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns across video, social, digital, and experiential
  • Strong understanding of production processes, timelines, and cross-platform content execution
  • Experience managing client relationships and navigating feedback in a commercial environment
  • Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating with production partners
  • Strong knowledge of gaming, entertainment, and digital content ecosystems
  • Seamless delivery of high-impact campaigns across multiple formats and clients
  • Strong client satisfaction and repeat business driven by executional excellence
  • Elevated creative output across integrated marketing campaigns
