Associate Director - Health Technology Consulting - Revenue Cycle Technology (Epic)

Accountabilities

  • Lead revenue cycle technology consulting engagements, providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and executive-level advisory support to healthcare clients.
  • Leverage deep expertise in Epic revenue cycle platforms to deliver practical recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
  • Support engagements involving Epic and other healthcare technology platforms, including Oracle Health, Meditech Expanse, and athenahealth.
  • Manage engagement teams across multiple workstreams, ensuring quality delivery, effective execution, and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain executive client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional consulting support.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor consulting professionals by providing coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experienced healthcare technology consulting leader with strong Epic revenue cycle expertise and a proven ability to advise executives, lead complex engagements, and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Significant Epic revenue cycle experience, including expertise with modules such as Resolute HB, Resolute PB, Charge Router, Grand Central, or Prelude.
  • Epic certification in one or more relevant revenue cycle modules and at least three years of experience working in Epic revenue cycle environments.
  • Experience with additional healthcare platforms such as Oracle Health, Meditech Expanse, or athenahealth is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing complex client engagements with executive-level stakeholder interaction.
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle performance metrics, including denial rates, clean claim rates, accounts receivable performance, and collection metrics.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing requirements, payer regulations, CMS guidelines, prior authorization workflows, and value-based care models.
  • Experience leading and developing consulting teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business recommendations.
