About the role
This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement primary market research plans for oncology pipeline and marketed molecules
- Identify key business issues that require research and align team members on objectives and methodologies
- Source and manage external partners to meet project goals effectively
- Conduct primary market research activities while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Integrate market research findings with analytical insights from Commercial and Marketing Analytics teams
- Deliver actionable insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews to support data-driven decisions
- Create communication plans to share competitive insights across cross-functional partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business with 8+ years of overall experience
- 6+ years of progressive experience in consulting, market research, strategic analysis, and planning
- Biotech or pharmaceutical marketplace experience required, particularly in the US
- Preferred experience in oncology pre-launch and/or launch
- Global and/or international experience preferred for a broader market perspective
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research method skills
- Proficient in managing multiple projects with a focus on detail and excellence

Pay
$145,500 – $195,500 annually
