Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary academic advisor for Full-Time MBA students
- Guide students on curriculum planning and academic policies
- Support students in achieving academic success and navigating challenges
- Develop co-curricular programs for leadership development and community engagement
- Advise student organizations and support event planning
- Lead student communications related to academic planning and program updates
- Help plan and execute major program events and collaborate with colleagues across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-8 years of professional experience in higher education or related field
- Experience working with graduate or professional students preferred
- Experience designing and implementing student programs or engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with student information systems or higher education technology platforms
