Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of managers and analysts, fostering their professional growth and leadership capabilities.
- Oversee the delivery of our benchmarking projects, ensuring high-quality, data-driven insights are translated into actionable recommendations that help clients maximize their performance.
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and collaborate with other McKinsey and Finalta Leaders on joint client proposals.
- Involvement in business development efforts with C-level executives to maintain and grow your delivery portfolio.

Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in relevant analytics or strategy roles.
- Retail Banking (or other financial services) experience.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and insight generation.
- Effective project management skills (in a consulting / research-based environment).
- Passion for managing, developing and inspiring teams.
- Ability to build advisor relationships with C-suite clients.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliverables.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
