Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of managers and analysts, fostering their professional growth and leadership capabilities.
  • Oversee the delivery of our benchmarking projects, ensuring high-quality, data-driven insights are translated into actionable recommendations that help clients maximize their performance.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and collaborate with other McKinsey and Finalta Leaders on joint client proposals.
  • Involvement in business development efforts with C-level executives to maintain and grow your delivery portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in relevant analytics or strategy roles.
  • Retail Banking (or other financial services) experience.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and insight generation.
  • Effective project management skills (in a consulting / research-based environment).
  • Passion for managing, developing and inspiring teams.
  • Ability to build advisor relationships with C-suite clients.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliverables.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
