Associate Director, Field Medical Operations and Capabilities

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Field Medical Operations and Capabilities to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape the operational capabilities that enable field medical teams to work effectively across therapeutic areas and territories. The Associate Director will partner closely with field leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to turn data and strategy into practical execution. A key focus will be strengthening field operations processes, service quality, and team performance while supporting scalable ways of working across the organization.
