Associate Director, Europe Training & Advising

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and professional development programs for the Europe Training & Advising staff
• Design and maintain training courses and instructional materials on Canvas
• Coach and mentor staff to promote a culture of continuous learning
• Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback
• Build partnerships with various university stakeholders to enhance student support services
• Review funding requests and participate in scholarship committee decisions
• Liaise between the Europe and PACOM teams to ensure alignment on initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Education, Counseling, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in student support or academic advising within higher education
• Experience in designing and facilitating training and onboarding programs
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional projects and building diverse stakeholder relationships
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with educational technology tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

$90,000 – $120,000 annually
