Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and professional development programs for the Europe Training & Advising staff
- Design and maintain training courses and instructional materials on Canvas
- Coach and mentor staff to promote a culture of continuous learning
- Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback
- Build partnerships with various university stakeholders to enhance student support services
- Review funding requests and participate in scholarship committee decisions
- Liaise between the Europe and PACOM teams to ensure alignment on initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Education, Counseling, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in student support or academic advising within higher education
- Experience in designing and facilitating training and onboarding programs
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional projects and building diverse stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with educational technology tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
