About the role
The Associate Director, Training & Advising will lead the development and delivery of training programs and advising services aimed at enhancing employee skills and career growth within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to different departments and skill levels.
- Provide one-on-one advising sessions to employees to address their professional development needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training initiatives and organizational goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and adjust programs accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and advising to maintain program relevance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and advising roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to mentor and coach employees.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training outcomes and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies.

- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in training methodologies.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in training environments.
