Associate Director / Director, Product Management – Oncology (Rare Disease)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced rare disease or oncology marketing leader to build and lead the end-to-market strategy for a high-impact radiopharmaceutical therapy. This role owns strategy across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch, with a strong focus on treatment access, reimbursement, patient journey, and caregiver support.

What You Will Do

• Lead development and execution of the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for an orphan oncology product
• Build a deep understanding of the patient journey to identify treatment barriers, access challenges, and opportunities to improve outcomes
• Develop payer value propositions and reimbursement strategies to support treatment adoption
• Lead the design and implementation of patient support programs, including navigation, logistics, and caregiver assistance
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams to shape evidence generation and market strategy
• Engage key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and treatment centers to support adoption and education
• Define distribution and operational strategy for a complex, time-sensitive radiopharmaceutical treatment
• Lead launch readiness activities including messaging, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Manage external vendors and partners to build scalable, patient-centered solutions
