About the role
The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of Medicaid entitlement and coverage strategies, ensuring alignment with federal guidelines and state-specific policies. This role requires deep understanding of Medicaid programs and strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Medicaid strategy aligned with federal guidelines and state-specific policies.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Medicaid entitlements and coverage initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of Medicaid-related projects.
- Monitor and analyze Medicaid program performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare policy, public administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Medicaid management or similar roles.
- Proven track record of leading complex Medicaid initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in healthcare policy, public administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with Medicaid administrative systems and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Medicaid legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
$120,000 - $150,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
