Associate Director, Data Operations
Specific Duties
- Structure data collection in multiple sources and integrations across the Foundation, University, and Heath entities.
- Execute data operations including collection, storage, and processing, according to security standards and strategy.
- Research, identify, and analyze data gaps in the CRM database, and recommend integrity reports and data enhancements for optimal data.
- Maintain data frameworks as set forth in data governance, and evaluate and refine data operations as needed.
- Translate complex data requirements into actionable plans ensuring alignment with data initiatives and business strategy and goals.
- Develop data validation protocols and conduct regular audits to address issues proactively.
- Maintain data compliance with internal and external governing bodies.
- Champion continuous improvement, regular review, and adapt to evolving business needs and emerging data challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of demonstrated experience managing data within a database.
- Proficiency in data management platforms and business intelligence tools.
- Organized and detail oriented with the capacity to work in an environment with multiple priorities.
- Able to process and manage large quantities of data in a logical and analytical fashion.
- Able to solve problems, handle multiple, complex tasks with accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining a professional demeanor in fast-paced work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
What We Offer
The anticipated starting salary range for the Associate Director, Data Operations role is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. When determining final offer amount the UC Foundation considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
