Associate Director, Consumer Experience Strategy

This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Map the consumer journey to identify pain points and opportunities
• Apply a consumer-first lens to enhance the user experience
• Define and prioritize experience-related problems for the product pod
• Synthesize data from various sources to develop actionable insights
• Track market benchmarks to guide experience differentiation
• Own reports on funnel health and consumer journey metrics
• Engage in cross-functional sessions to align on consumer pain points

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years' experience in consumer experience strategy, marketing, or digital product
• Proven success in embedded product pods or agile teams
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for synthesizing data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in regulated industries or direct-to-consumer markets
• Understanding commercial outcomes related to consumer experience

Pay

$127,500 – $204,600 annually
