Associate Director, Consulting

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Support regional program integration and process improvements within the Global Integration Program Team
• Establish end-to-end governance for unified regional integration under the Program Lead's direction
• Assist in real estate streamlining and consolidation activities, escalating key decisions to the Program Lead
• Create high-quality written and verbal communications for client updates and operational insights
• Develop business cases that connect strategy to actionable recommendations
• Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs, reporting on program health
• Organize and facilitate regional meetings, managing action items and follow-ups

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in consulting, real estate, or finance
• Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with a client-service mindset
• Prior experience in project execution

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
