Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct comprehensive U.S. compliance investigations, ensuring fair and thorough documentation
- Develop and standardize operational procedures for investigations in alignment with compliance standards
- Design and enhance the compliance monitoring program to improve transparency and issue detection
- Create analytical reports and dashboards for leadership to track compliance metrics and remediation efforts
- Identify and assess areas of emerging risks to direct focused compliance monitoring initiatives
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or significant compliance investigations experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
- 8-12 years advising on compliance in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences
- Proficient in managing and conducting internal compliance investigations across various complexities
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance related to prescription products and medical devices
- Experience in designing and implementing monitoring programs and data analytics for compliance
Pay
$170,000 – $210,000 annually
