We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. First part: "Galderma is the emerging pure-play dermatology category leader..." That's about company description. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is usually description of role. But we have "The Opportunity" paragraph describing role. So we can put that under About the role. Responsibilities: The "Key Responsibilities" section with subpoints. We need to extract responsibilities as list items. Qualifications: The "Qualifications" section with bullet-like sentences. We'll list as
  • . Skills: Might be derived from qualifications? The posting includes many skill-like items: analytical, communication, etc. Could be separate Skills section. But we need to decide if we have enough content for Skills separate from Qualifications. The qualifications list includes many skill items. Could combine Qualifications and Skills? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called Qualifications (or Requirements). But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which to include based on content. We have "Qualifications" section with JD or experience etc. That's qualifications. Also there are skill-like items: Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing skills; analytical and critical thinking; project management; etc. Those could be under Skills. We also have "Physical Requirements And Work Environment" which could be under Requirements? But it's generic. Might be considered Requirements but it's not specific. The instruction: do not create sections with filler like "not specified". Physical Requirements is somewhat generic but still content. Could include under Requirements. Pay: we have compensation details: target base salary range $170k-$210k, short-term incentive. That's specific. So include Pay section. Benefits: we have benefits description: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, etc. So include Benefits. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. Also we might include "Work Authorization" but that's not a standard heading; could be under Requirements? But it's minor metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. Probably drop. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details. We'll produce sections:

    About the role

with paragraph(s) from The Opportunity and company description? The company description is about Galderma, not role. Might be considered About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So About the role likely includes description of role and maybe company. We'll include the paragraph starting "The Opportunity Galderma seeks..." plus maybe the earlier company description? The earlier part is about Galderma overall; could be considered About the role? Might be okay. But we must not repeat job title. The job title is Associate Director, Compliance Investigations & Monitoring. Not to repeat as heading. We'll include About the role: combine the company overview and the opportunity description. Responsibilities: list from Key Responsibilities. Requirements: maybe include Physical Requirements And Work Environment and Work Authorization? But we need to decide if we have enough content for Requirements. Could combine Physical Requirements and Work Authorization into Requirements. Qualifications: list the qualifications bullet points. Skills: list the skill items from qualifications (like analytical, communication, influencing, project management, etc.) Might be redundant. But we can separate. Better to follow instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called Qualifications (or Requirements). But we have both Qualifications and Skills headings allowed. If we split, we might create thin sections. Let's see content: Qualifications bullet list includes: - Juris Doctor (JD) or in-house compliance investigations experience at a pharmaceutical or medical device company. - 8-12 years of experience advising a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences company on compliance matters (in-house or law firm). - Significant experience conducting internal compliance investigations and managing investigations programs (intake, triage, case handling, reporting, remediation). - Expertise and significant experience advising on U.S. healthcare compliance for prescription products and devices. - Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and therapeutic areas, and of laws/regulations/industry guidance relevant to commercialization (including Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDCA, OIG/DOJ guidance, PhRMA Code, U.S. state and local marketing compliance laws, and relevant enforcement actions). - Demonstrated experience designing and executing monitoring programs and activities, including field-based monitoring and data-driven analytics. - Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics and business culture impacts. - Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills (large datasets, trend identification, “big picture”). - Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; effective with senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment; strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and exercise sound judgment on sensitive investigations and monitoring matters. - Demonstrated strong commitment to compliance, ethics, and accountability. - Ability to travel up to 30%. These are qualifications and also skills. Could split: Qualifications: education/experience requirements; Skills: analytical, communication, etc. But many of those are also qualifications. Given instruction to prefer few substantive sections, maybe we just have Qualifications (includes both). And we can omit Skills section. Requirements: we have Physical Requirements And Work Environment and Work Authorization. That's not huge but still specific. Could be Requirements. Benefits: we have benefits. Pay: we have compensation. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We must not include Schedule. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
