Associate Director--Commercial Supply Services

Almac Group is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Supply Services for our Audubon, PA location. This role manages the client relationship, delivering and overseeing all Client Service activities including product supply, sales order processing, and pack design/artwork management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient provision of ongoing supply of products and services to clients, meeting client requirements in line with the Company strategy.
• Align delivery from Audubon with the Company’s global standard.
• Follow all relevant GMPs and ensure staff compliance.
• Manage and report monthly client budgets to the Senior Management team, ensuring accurate control, monitoring, and reporting of customer financial accounts.
• Work closely with the global team to align processes and practices for New Product Introductions and routine commercial delivery.
• Serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team and Global Management Team, providing exemplary leadership to staff while embodying Almac values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Business-related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience within a Business/Client or Account Management role in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Budget control experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sales order processing within an ERP system.
• Supply chain management experience.
