Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for the outpatient therapy program across senior living sites
- Design and standardize therapy program models and clinical workflows for consistency and scalability
- Oversee end-to-end operations from pre-launch through staffing, scheduling, and care delivery
- Maintain evidence-based clinical protocols targeting geriatric outpatient populations
- Monitor and report key clinical and operational performance indicators to leadership
- Collaborate with business development and sales to maintain preferred provider partnerships
- Lead partnership reviews, presenting operational performance and program recommendations to senior living operators
- Act as a senior clinical ambassador, ensuring standards of service excellence are met
Qualifications
- Advanced clinical licensure in Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) required; MBA or MHA is a plus
- 5+ years of healthcare management experience essential, with at least 5 years of outpatient therapy clinical experience focusing on geriatrics
- Penned knowledge of Medicare Part B billing and compliance requirements necessary
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills required, with a polished executive presence
- Experience working within a complex, matrixed organization and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
- Strong collaborative mindset with outstanding relationship-building abilities
- High strategic agility, proficient in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
