Associate Director, Clinical Operations Strategy (Outpatient Rehab)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for the outpatient therapy program across senior living sites
• Design and standardize therapy program models and clinical workflows for consistency and scalability
• Oversee end-to-end operations from pre-launch through staffing, scheduling, and care delivery
• Maintain evidence-based clinical protocols targeting geriatric outpatient populations
• Monitor and report key clinical and operational performance indicators to leadership
• Collaborate with business development and sales to maintain preferred provider partnerships
• Lead partnership reviews, presenting operational performance and program recommendations to senior living operators
• Act as a senior clinical ambassador, ensuring standards of service excellence are met

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical licensure in Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) required; MBA or MHA is a plus
• 5+ years of healthcare management experience essential, with at least 5 years of outpatient therapy clinical experience focusing on geriatrics
• Penned knowledge of Medicare Part B billing and compliance requirements necessary
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills required, with a polished executive presence
• Experience working within a complex, matrixed organization and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
• Strong collaborative mindset with outstanding relationship-building abilities
• High strategic agility, proficient in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
